DRESMARA’s Director, COL. Florin-Eduard GROSARU, Prof., PhD, participated in the opening ceremony of the International Scientific Conference STRATEGIES XXI - "Technologies - Military Applications, Simulation and Resources" organized under the auspices of the Command and Staff Faculty and the Doctoral School of the National Defense University "Carol I" from April 27 to 28, 2017.

    This event was attended by personalities with different professional backgrounds, especially in defense domain, both in the country and abroad, representatives of the structures of the Ministry of National Defense, the General Staff and the major states of the armed forces categories, as well as teachers ,students and doctoral students of the "Carol I" National Defense University and from other prestigious universities in Romania.

    The main objectives of the event are the dissemination within the academic community of the results of the scientific research conducted by the participants as well as the establishment / consolidation of partnerships with educational and research institutions, both military and civil, from Romania and abroad.
